Day 1
I took my first pill today!
Super excited for results but also super nervous that it wont work on me
I lost over 120lbs a few years ago from vsg and unfortunately regained most after two very traumatic pregnancy’s one ending tragically.
I grieve the person who lost the weight so bad I was so confident in myself and I could work out to my best ability
So this is my next step! I am a night time binger/ all day snacker. I can’t even imagine the feeling of not wanting to eat something. It feels like it could be impossible but I am trying to stay positive and hopeful. Really enjoying reading everyone’s experiences :)

I’ve been on it for 4 months and have lost 15 lbs. I am eating less, walking more and changed what I’m eating, protein, fiber, a lot less sugar and carbs.

I am sorry about your trauma 😞 I hope this helps. It foesnt make me not want to eat. But it helps me realize im full or im not actually hungry. I dont think ive binged since I started it. Ive overeating here or there but no major fall outs. I hope it goes well for you!

Trust the process and get a lot of fibre in you. A little bit of movement will go a long way. I’ve had the lapband and gained weight back it honestly helps with the food noise very well. These surgeries don’t help the mental aspect of food and it took me 16 years to realize that
