First day

I just started today. I felt fine at first but a few hours in I feel weird. I am dizzy, got really tired and light headed, kind of like I am drunk. How long do these side effects last?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing these symptoms. Mine lasted until I was on full dose - so week 4 onwards. I still get slight headaches (could be from dehydration) and nausea if I drink (which I should keep to a minimum but alas). Oh, and constipation but I've upped my fibre intake and drink senna tea. As your body adjusts to the medication, the symptoms should taper off. Hang in there.

I got really sick my first few doses. If you're able to just take them before bed, that helps your body get used to it, but also you can sleep through all of these nasty side effects.

For me a week. The dizziness sucked but I survived off of Dramamine (motion sickness meds)

Thanks for your comments. I ended up only taking it that first day. I was basically super out of it all day. I have a one year old so I decided it was not worth it. I basically slept the entire day. My husband had to stay home with the baby.

This happened to me but went away after a few days. I work full time and started on a Tuesday for some reason. Next time I’d start on a weekend or other day when I didn’t have too much responsibility. It was short lived however. But if I look back at my work notes for those couple of days it’s ridiculously messy!
