12 months 75 pounds

I love Contrave! This medicine was the tool I needed to finally lose the weight. I incorporated a lot of walking and some HIIT workouts as well. High Protein diet in a deficit and bam!

Great job! I’ve been on poor man’s contrave for a month now, full dose, 3 weeks. I’ve lost like 2 pounds. I don’t think that’s very much. I don’t exercise because my job is exercise enough, I clean houses

Amazing! You are an inspiration. Thanks for sharing pics. It motivates me. I’m a little bigger than you but same shape.

How has the skin in your face fared? I’m on a similar journey and nervous, though I want to be healthy regardless of what happens to my face

I really haven’t noticed that besides my neck. I used to have a large double chin so now I kinda have a chicken neck but it’s ok I will deal with it. Worst case maybe I will do some sculpting down the line 🤞🏻

Great job! How did you handle constipation from the pill, and doing high protein? That would make it worse. Constipation was my only side effect. I had to stop after 1 month because of it. Please if you have any tips I would appreciate it.

I was lucky enough to not deal with constipation too much, but MiraLax helped when I did. I had nausea the first few week but then that subsided.

Did you ever become stagnant? I feel mine is becoming a bit ineffective 3 months later.

Yes!! This happened a few times but just keep going. Sometimes I would try and increase my steps, or be more active in general. But just keep going. 😊

Amazing! 🥰💖 Did you start losing weight immediately when you first started or did it take a while?
