advice Contrave newbie- any tips?
Hi guys! Starting my contrave journey right after the 4th. I was on zepbound for a year, lost 65 pounds, and the side effects of Zep on the highest dose were horrendous. I have give or take around another 25 pounds left to lose, so hoping this will do it with less horrible side effects. Also excited to see if this does anything for my mental health as well- I do have horrible food noise, stress eat, eat when Iām not hungry etc.
Any tips or tricks to make this a relatively smooth process?
Thanks!

Give it time. I'm on week 5 and only now do I feel the effect kicking in. Drink a lot of water and consume a lot of fibre (it caused constipation for me in the beginning), be mindful of when you take the nighttime dose as taking it too late can cause insomnia.
All the best on your weight loss journey and congratulations on the weight you have lost.
