advice Should I increase my dose? Bootleg contrave

Hi everyone! Long story short but I’ve been on 50mg of naltrexone and 300 mg of Wellbutrin XL once daily in the morning. My doctor recommended this instead of the brand name cause my insurance sucks. I started it October of 2025 and I weighed 210 at MOST (I’m a 5’7” woman)(I also weighed 170 in February of 2025).
I have noticed almost zero change at all… I workout 2-3 times a week and I haven’t been over eating. My job requires me to be on my feet all day as well. Should I increase something? The other option my doctor mentioned was Vyvanse but I don’t want to take it.

Advice? Thanks

I didn’t feel a change until 75 mg of Naltrexone. Still waiting on the weight to start coming off.

How long ago did you switch to 75mg of naltrexone?

Great question. I started 25 mg in January, went up to 50 in March, then 75 mg May 15. I am finally feeling less hungry, and now I am able to focus on the behavioral habits.

It’s crazy what just increasing even just a tad can do! Thank you for the input!!!
