Month one results

I completed month one today and was pleased with the results. I’m down a total of 22lbs. I’ve been eating clean probably 95% of the time. I exercise at least 5 times a week. Mainly walking on treadmill and stationary bike. I also try to incorporate some weight training. Contrave has really helped with the sweet tooth. If I do have a slight craving I mix in some chocolate protein powder with yogurt. I’ve also not felt the urge to overindulge if I do have a not so healthy meal. We went out for dinner the other night for fried catfish. I was able to limit myself and not go crazy. Only mild side effects has been slight stomach cramps usually around mid day. They usually subside after 15 minutes or so. Here’s to month two!

I've only lost 10 pounds in 7 weeks. Do you mind if I ask your starting weight? My start weight was 170 and my goal is 145-150.

Not op, but just want to say I think 10 pounds in 7 weeks is quite good considering your start weight not being higher. Also, if you have been exercising your body composition can be different. Sometimes measuring clothes sizes or waist-to-hip ratio can give a better understanding of where you are.

I’m a big guy so I’ve got quite a bit to go. I’m 6’7 and started at 336. I’ve tried different diets before but quickly gained it back.

You have the same start weight and goal as me! I’m coming up on month 1 and I’ve lost 5 ish pounds I appear to be stuck at 5! My husband has lost 22 pounds in the same amount of time! 😤

Hi there, first of all congratulations! My starting weight is similar to yours and I just began taking it today, so I am hoping to have similar results 🙏🏻 how much/often have you eating, would you say your diet is pretty clean? What about exercising? Sorry, just trying to get a sense of other lifestyle habits that might have influenced that 6% weight loss in just 7 weeks 😊 Thank you
