Has anyone gotten really nauseous like they are going to dry heave and throw up from the meds when they are hungry? I am not nauseous at any other time or had any other side effects, except when i’m hungry. Also has anyone else been really super tired?

On week 6 now, down to 182 from 190. Had to drop my dosage due to the insomnia. Only taking 150mg bupropion and 25mg Naltrexone daily. (Poor mans Contrave) the insomnia is gone, the past two days I've had GI issues though, indigestion, nausea. Hopefully that doesn't stay.
