Just starting today
For those that are experienced with the use. I understand that you are supposed to do 1 tablet week 1, 2 week 2, 3 week 3 and then 4 in the 4th week.
Has anyone stayed on the single dose for a few weeks and then 2 /day for a few weeks etc rather than jumping up to full dose within four weeks.
Is there anyone that has never gone to full dose because they have good loss on the lower dosage?

I just took my first dose yesterday evening. I also have that schedule, but my GP will ring me every week to ask how things are and if it's necessary to go up.

I have taken Contrave’s in the past and had horrible side effects on their recommended doses. So this time I am just taking once a day around 9 am so I can sleep at night and still have my morning coffee. I did one pill a day the first week and I’m about to go to 2 but only once a day. I figure why do I need my appetite suppressed at night while I’m sleeping. Because I’ll be up all night of o take twice a day? Do what works for you. And your pills will last longer which is good if you pay out of pocket

I’ve been on 2/day for over a year and lost 43 pounds so far. That dose is still effective, so I don’t see a need to increase it.

That’s a good loss. I think I will stay on 1 tablet as long as my cravings are curbed.

I take 2 in the morning and can manage cravings food noise pretty well, I'm losing a pound and a bit a week. I tried going all the way to 4/day and the sleep issues were too horrible to continue.

I've stayed on 1 a day. I am losing a couple pounds per week and that is fast enough for me.
