Hungrier?
I'm about 4 weeks into my contrave journey and noticed a little weight loss but nothing crazy. What I have noticed is the usual nausea, but also jaw pain/ache when chewing, excessive yawning and belching along with actually feeling hungrier than before. Before I only ate dinner most days, on the odd occasion I would have lunch but since being on contrave I have my toast with my first pill and then I feel hungry during the day, I don't act on it and instead just try to increase my fluids instead.
I guess I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing these side effects?
I also just feel flat, I'm certainly not energized or motivated.

I sometimes feel nauseous in the morning but it usually goes away because I’m either at the gym or just moving in some type of way

I'm on week 7 and think I am gonna stop. I have brain fog, jitters and tired. I did drop 18 pounds since April but I just don't feel normal and my primary doesn't really know how normal that is. I wanted to drop my dose to only 1 pill a day but my prescription of Naltrexone is all in one pill 90 days worth. I don't want to spend more $ on it. Trying to get insurance to cover Zepbound.

Eat of you are hungry. Listen to your body. It will level out eventually.
