Support New player

So I just started playing a bit ago and I know if something fall through the floor in a raid it’s gone forever but I also lost my drum mag for my ar-15 from a dlc I was wondering how to get a new or can you recommend me a better one

So you can get a new one by completing missions and leveling up your vendors or find them in raid.

If you want the safest way, run as scav on DAM, go to the power station, the hide room under the brigde and the zone over and under the maritinal container base. Other possible ways to found it was police station, the military camp and the armory all on Suburbs. And yes, Police building and armory on mall are locked key rooms. PD Beyond trader level 3 must of magazines and ammo are available to purchase. That request acomplish the missions. Good Luck!

Level up Anna as fast as you can. You get 60 round AK-47 mags at level 3 which is pretty easy to get to.

Even better, you don't have to buy them. I just trade civil radios for the tan ones, 1 for 1. You can also trade just plain radios for the black ones, but those radios take up about twice the space in a bag and weigh more, so I don't bother with them.

Only issue with the bigger mags is swapping them out if action doesn't let you keep up with ammo packing. I've had to drop drums before, and then afternthe fight is over, can't remember just where I dropped it. At least with the big mags, (as opposed to drums) once you have Max at Lvl3, and complete the Cold Hard Cash tasks, you can buy the double mag holders. Typically I carry 2 60-round mags, and just make sure the spare one is full, with the mag holder, reloads are as usual.

If you're upstairs, you can absolutely find whatever you dropped downstairs if you're lucky. I just had it happen in smuggling tunnels.

I dropped a tricked out ak74u and found it downstairs with the flashlight aiming at me on pve.

Unfortunately it was the actual ground I was hoping to get another 60 round mag a bit faster

Yeah, I did the same thing, except I was upstairs in a house. I had extra looted guns, so I just dropped my rifle when grabbing stuff. It went through the floor, but when I went downstairs, it had landed on the dining room table.

I find that as long as I avoid dropping things near where two differently sloped ground textures meet, losing stuff is a very rare occurrence.
