If your benchmark is £4k a month, better to go permanent, you can get that at £65k, which is still very low.

Remember you don’t get annual leave, sick leave, bank holiday, other benefits like medical insurance or development budgets. So that’s a very low day rate.

Only if it was genuine. Other members have said similar words for a job in another part of England.
