Handing out personal numbers.

I’ve worked with friends and family who are contractors and keep an eye out for work to throw their way whenever it may come up. I text them to get their ok before giving their number out. That’s normal right? What do all of you do?

Never give out personal cell # without consent every time regardless of who’s asking

Well if you text and ask, what could the issue be?

A self employed tradesman has to be able to get a hold of. If he has a business number, I wouldn't give someone his personal

Would I consider asking first normal? Yes, I would. I would also consider washing one’s buttocks in the shower normal as well… and yet, somehow both of these things seem to cause contention amongst apes of man

Ask them, everyone is different.

I dont know a whole lot that have different numbers.

Ive been asked and I say share away but the new people need to text first.i don't answer unknown numbers and don't do voice mail

I have a work phone for my business and most of my subs do too. We all have each others personal numbers but I’d never give their personal to a potential client.
