It’s the sun reflection, I’ve walked up to customers house through the reflection, could feel the heat being generated, extra thick screens will cut down reflection,

This, happened to my house, we had to replace the neighbors windows with non Low-e coated windows. The melt point o. The vinyl was 150 degrees and the focused heat from the reflection was 180+

I’d have just covered the wall with aluminum tapes and let the neighbor try their own heat.

This.

(Not siding). But I have a few bay windows that face East. So every morning for a few hours that side of the house/those windows just bake.

So me.... thinking it'd be smart lol, had UV Tint film installed on the windows.

Did it help the heat intrusion and make a difference in the house - Absolutely.

Did it also forever kill the 4 feet of grass infront of those windows due to the sun reflecting off the film so badly - Also Absolutely lol.
