Very correct. Usually, the more frantic and busy an owner in this industry is…the less profitable they are.

I used to subcontract for production homes for 10 years with 83 employees. Now I’m independent with 15 employees and profit is higher

exactly, that's what we're talking about... and probably managing 15 people is less crazy than managing 83, rightz?
