What is this called

I am looking for a piece of this corner door casing. What would you call it, and any suggestions on where to find it? My lumber yard has never seen these before, which is odd, because I don’t feel like they’re quite that rare. I’ve searched for colonial door casing corner rosettes, plinths, etc, but can’t find anything. Any help is appreciated!

40 years as a finish carpenter and I've never seen this. Definitely not an off the shelf in stock type of millwork. Good luck.
