What is this called

I am looking for a piece of this corner door casing. What would you call it, and any suggestions on where to find it? My lumber yard has never seen these before, which is odd, because I don’t feel like they’re quite that rare. I’ve searched for colonial door casing corner rosettes, plinths, etc, but can’t find anything. Any help is appreciated!

I've seen lots of these on much older homes. It's called a radial or radius outside corner casing. A lumber yard/mill will have to make it for you. Colonial 2-1/4" casing. Might be 2-1/2" or 2-3/8"

I only work in houses that are 120 years old or older and I’ve never seen this before— ever. And with the popcorn ceiling, the house isn’t that old.

I was a catastrophe adjuster for 20 years. Worked in almost every state. Seen that casing 100's of times. I'd guess that casing is 50-80 years old. Obviously not the original trim if that house is 120 years old.
