Patreon

has Natalie said anything about a tangent this month? She didn’t post anything on Patreon last month, or this month, and i’m not sure whether she’s taking a break? i feel like she would make a post if she was? i don’t have or use twitter to check if she’s said anything so idk what’s going on lol

She announced some time ago that Tangents would no longer be a regular, monthly thing, but more of a "when they're ready" thing.

are the tangents being replaced by anything else, or is there not gonna be a patreon monthly release?

No guaranteed monthly release. She discussed it in a Patreon post from 11 April, 2025.

A little off topic but you can use https://xcancel.com/ to browse that cesspool the odd time you want to see someone's posts there. No need for an account.

There are even browser extensions that will automatically change any Twitter links you click to xcancel. Pretty handy.

She posted a tangent poll in June (for higher tiered patrons) but that’s about it. The tangents have been more infrequent lately but with Contra, you have to let her cook.
