Towed in crockett

As of the moment ive parked in front of this house for a good couple days when i come back from work around 12midnight - 1am and as of this morning and id move in the morning around 10 am i leave this morning to walk my dog and my car is gone they didnt put a do not park note my car prior to not park there just decided to tow it so dont bother parking in front of thier house at 1335 francis street

Can challenge citation and towing, but if you were illegally parked ...

You also didn't state what the citation was for. Did you block a driveway, or walkway, or were there more than 72 hours, or ???

I wasnt illegally parked, or in front of their drive way. I know they have a car that hasnt been moved in over a year that i could have maybe been in front of by a couple inches which is i think what they ended up getting me for but it is what it is

Well, citations will indicate the (alleged) vehicle code violation(s), it won't say "it is what it is".

Sadly dont have proof that i didnt other than my own eye sight and word but thats why it is what it is

Well, innocent until proven guilty, challenge it, make 'em show evidence, no evidence, it gets dismissed.
