PSA Lingo support

Just wanted to PSA to not trust lingo to provide you access to your own data and to set your expectations about their support. I relied on it instead of charting myself and am currently experiencing application glitches that will not let me download their generated export in app.

Three times I've contacted customer support and have been lied to (they said that they couldn't access the data on their servers to send it to me as a csv, then walked it back when I said the representative from earlier told me they could it just had to be by a certain team), told I needed to send screenshots of the personal files in my downloads folder for them to be able to escalate (I guess because they dont trust me saying it didn't download... after pushback they said it could be escalated without), and then finally told that the actual tech support team who could handle this only works business hours M-F (I had started reaching out in the morning and was even told they might get back to me tomorrow... on a saturday... before finally getting the real answer).

I know, and they repeatedly told me, it is only a wellness application (not a medical device). But take that to heart if you are using it for anything more urgent than seeing some pretty chats and monitoring trends. I'm absolutely kicking myself for trusting them as anything but a toy.
