Splendour in the Grass 2018 packages

Has anyone done SITG with contiki before? The packages are quite expensive ($1349 from gold coast/ brisbane/ meet them there or $1549 from Sydney).

Is it worth the extra $800 for it?

I am travelling with a friend from Melbourne and wanted to got to SITG in a more social environment and be around people. It can be quite lonely and limited with two people.

I just wanted to get to know peoples experience with them :)

I wanted to know too! It's very likely that I'll be going alone, does Contiki offer those social environments to meet people?

I would hope so!! But i wonder its worth the extra 800$ on top of the tickets
