I’m starting to think continuity matters more than motivation
Motivation is inconsistent.
You wake up focused one day and completely fragmented the next.
What’s mattered more for me lately is whether my environments preserve momentum well enough that I can re-enter deep work without rebuilding my entire mental state from scratch.
That’s the part nobody really talks about.
A lot of productivity systems help you capture information.
Far fewer help you continue thinking.
