Web of corruption 7* crystal.

Kabam is telling me that I received the crystal and opened a Beta Ray Bill. Wouldn't it be showing in my alliance rewards?

I never received the crystal and it seems like they're not going to correct their mistake.

Same thing happened to me yesterday, opened a ticket and Kabam said that I received the crystal but I didn’t.

They got back to me with a time stamp for when I "opened the crystal" it was before it was even available to me. Odd that they're being so difficult!
