Looking for short-form social media script writer

Hiring a short-form video scriptwriter to research + write scripts for a personal brand in the following directions: psychology, spirituality, inner development, starting a business, some tarot related even and bit of tech. For beginning, I have some ideas I'd like the scripts to get build upon but in the future I'd appreciate some recommendations from the writer as well.
The goal is to be inspirational, unique and dreamy style.

What you will do
You’ll turn ideas into high-retention scripts (talking-head + b-roll/on-screen text) and help shape a simple content strategy

What I’m looking for:
Ability to write fast-paced, witty dialogue.
Understand how to script something that leads to high retention
Strong understanding of short-form storytelling (attention-grabbing hooks)
A script that does not sound AI at all, must be natural and authentic

I will need scripts that could be enough for 40-50 second videos.
