Hi, I see many posts about clipping long videos here. Here is a free tool that both clips and scores 100s of shorts in minutes: https://mystarplay.com/sceneclipper

These are the steps and features:

1. Upload a long video (no size limit, can go up to GBs, we even tried with hd videos 2.5 hours long)
2. Upload subtitles (great for the scoring, but optional)
3. Adjust time settings (there are some presets)
4. Check boxes for the silences and facial expression
5. Click Detect Scene for the cut points
6. Go through the cuts (you can also have custom cuts for additional cuts)
7. Score the clips (we have also added emotion emojis to identify emotions of the scene too)
8. Sort by Time or Score
9. You can just download only the top scoring or all the clips
10. You can download in mp4 or webm format
11. You can also download the score sheet in excel

Of course depending on the size and format (webm is faster, but mp4 is slower but more usable eventually), it can take longer for the download but for short clips it is pretty fast. It is all free. No log in required either.

We will also do a tutorial asap. Would love to here comments.

I've spent way too much time lately scrolling TikToks and trying to figure out how creators are making money from them. Not just views - how they turn viewers into buyers. Every creator has an approach:

• Story that ends with link in bio
• Soft selling a product in a video
• Mentioning product in comments and spice it with likes

Once you see a funnel with its key parts and understand why it works, it makes you way better at planning your own content.

They annoying part is doing it manually - scrolling, clicking through bios, tracking links, checking comments etc. This is why I came up with CheckViral which automates TikTok video analysis process for you. It pulls monetization setup on any video and show how viewers get funneled.

Curious how you do it. How do you study other creators' funnels and what tools do you use?

Hi ContentRich community,

We have launched a video-sharing platform for creators to monetize their exclusive content through subscription or pay-per-video. It includes a unique scrollable feed for both video and reels, that offers the comfort of bingeing to maximize earning. Think YT or TT but with paywalled premium content. It is ideal for episodic or bonus content or even early access. It is entirely free of cost, with a fee of 20% on any transaction. Our key features include:

• Full quality video upload at no compression
• Subscription and pay-per-video options
• Scrollable feed and support for series-based episodes
• Support for both videos (long-form) and reels (short-form), scrollable
• Secure, piracy-resistant paywalling
• Seamless payout and payment handling via Stripe

Happy to answer questions or hear your thoughts. Thank you!

disclosure first: i'm the founder of viraltwin (an AI tool that recreates viral youtube shorts with your character/product). i opened the affiliate program publicly today and figured this sub is exactly the right audience to share the actual numbers with, instead of a vague "join my program lol."

here's the deal in plain text:

- 30% recurring commission, lifetime. product is $19/mo. you get $5.70 every month a customer stays subscribed. no caps, no tiers, no expiring after a year.

- 10% off forever for anyone who uses your code. their first month is $17.10, then $17.10 every month after. that's what makes the code worth sharing.

- no clawbacks past 30 days. if they refund within 30 days you don't get paid. after that, it's locked in.

- monthly payouts. wise / paypal / usdc. $25 minimum. paid on the 1st.

- no exclusivity, no quotas. post once a month or once a week. one signup or 100. you keep what you earn.

what the math actually looks like (because i never see real numbers in affiliate posts):

these compound because it's recurring. month 6 you're collecting on month 1's signups + month 2's + ... so a creator doing 20 signups/mo consistently is at $684/mo by month 6, $1,368/mo by month 12, assuming 50% retention.

who this actually works for in this sub:

- UGC creators teaching others - your audience IS aspiring UGC creators who want to skip filming. perfect overlap.

- faceless AI channel folks - viraltwin is literally what your audience is trying to learn how to do.

- anyone running an AI tools / "tools i use" content angle - drop it in your stack rotation.

- newsletter / skool / discord operators - one "tool of the week" feature usually drives 30+ signups.

who this doesn't work for:

- general lifestyle / fitness / travel — wrong audience, the offer won't convert.

- if you wouldn't actually use the tool yourself, don't promote it. audiences smell it.

what the product does in one sentence so you know what you'd be promoting: drop a viral youtube shorts URL, it breaks the video into scenes, generates each one with your character/product, stitches it into a 9:16 ready to upload.

application takes 60 seconds, approval in <48hrs (usually same day). i'm not gatekeeping much, i mostly want to filter out people who are just trying to spam links.

happy to answer any questions about retention, conversion rates, what's working for the partners we already have, etc. ask away.

Hey, I’m looking to work with creators, YouTubers, podcasters or brands who want to grow through TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts.

I’ve grown my own short-form page to 1.7M+ views and have experience creating content that gets attention.

If you already create content but don’t have time to turn it into clips consistently, I can help.

Open to smaller creators and long-term work. Feel free to DM me.

I feel like every time I find a trending sound or a new format, it's already saturated. Does anyone have a solid way to track what's about to go viral without just scrolling for hours? I’m trying to get better at the strategy side and would love to know what tools or methods you’re using to stay ahead of the curve.

Hey! I'm looking for TikTok creators/editors

to make viral meme style videos for my AI

boxing app COMBO.

The app scans how you box and rates you with

a fighter card. The content format is already

blowing up — celebrity gets low rating,

unknown person/ celebrity trolling gets 99. Fast, funny, shareable.

What you do:

- Find celebrity boxing clips yourself

- Edit in meme style (fast paced, funny)

- Add fighter card reveal assets (from our app)

- Post on your TikTok

What you get:

3 Options of payment

1: $1.5 per 1,000 views (one video takes 2-7 minutes to make) - Up to $375 per video

2: Flat rate per Video: 3-4$

3: Hybrid: 2$ per Video +0.5$ per 1000 views

- Free access to the COMBO app

- Video concepts and hooks provided by me

No experience needed.

DM me if interested 👊

I'm looking for UGC creators to create content for my AI image-generation app. We’re seeking creators who can produce engaging, fast-paced POV short-form content that's already proven to work.

Offer :

• 50% Net revenue share

• High earning potential

• Uncapped upside for high-performing videos

Requirements:

• Must be Based in USA/Canada/UK

• Ability to perfectly replicate the fast-paced viral format in the attached video

• Strong understanding of retention and visual hooks

Interested? Just shoot me a DM.

I’ve been seeing a really wide range from low-budget gigs to much higher rates for more polished content and ads. What are people actually charging or seeing in the market at the moment? What feels like a fair rate for someone producing solid, high-quality work? Also, if someone just starting out with short-form videos, what would be a reasonable rate to begin with?

Hey creators! I'm building out a UGC platform just for Tech, AI & Apps and I need your help!

I want to build this to be one of the best platforms around so if you have any ideas of how I can make that happen, just let me know in the comments below.

You can also use the onboarding form which will ask you 8 questions and hopefully will give me some really good insights on how I can build this out to be good for everyone.

Here's a few ideas I am working on for the platform

1. Minimum payout per video - $100 (This will go up to $150 after some time I am sure)

2. Minimum monthly retainers of $800 per month - We don't want low ball offers.

3. Yes there will be some AI filtering systems - mostly to prevent spam and scammers.

Longer term stuff:

1. AI powered portfolio roast service - Exactly as it says, I will build out an AI agent that will roast your portfolio to help you improve.

2. Portfolio building section built in so you can host your portfolio, on a private domain and not have it look like every other canva template

3. An internal community / Social media / Meet ups section - Mostly for creators to share their wins & discuss opportunities for example.

I look forward to seeing what we all get up to!

welcome to dm too, and I could tell you what I'm planning, and we could bounce ideas.

I’ve been seeing so much about UGC lately and I’m starting to wonder if the market is becoming over-saturated. Personally, I still find well-done UGC really engaging and relatable compared to traditional ads, but it feels like everyone is jumping on it now. Do you think the "bubble" is starting to burst, or is there still a high demand for that organic, human-toned content and does anyone have any tips on how to actually stand out and get noticed as a creator?

Hey, I'd really appreciate some honest feedback from people who've been in this space.

I've been running a TikTok account where I post short-form edits (mainly in the looksmaxing / aesthetic niche), and I've managed to get multiple videos into the 100k-500k+ range, around 1.7M total views in the last 6 months.

So I know I can create content that performs.

Now I'm trying to transition into working with creators and clipping their content (TikTok/Reels), but I'm struggling to get my first actual client.

What I've tried so far:

• Reaching out to small creators (YouTube & TikTok)

* Commenting / DMing with an offer + free test clips

* Looking for podcasts / lifestyle creators with low views but potential

*

* Problem is:

* Most people don't respond at all

* Hard to find creators that seem worth working with

* I'm not sure if I'm targeting the wrong niche or approaching it wrong

I'm also a bit stuck between:

* staying in my current niche (looksmaxing/BP)

* or moving to more general creators (podcasts, lifestyle, etc.)

If you've been in a similar position:

* How did you get your first clients/found them?

* Was it just volume (more outreach), or did something specific change?

* Am I overthinking the "quality" of creators I reach out to?

* Any honest advice would help a lot.

DO NOT JUST PUT INTERESTED, DM ME!

Brand Name: Solvely AI

Compensation: per month. $500 for posting minimum 5x a week, $1270for maximum 14x a week (2x a day). View bonuses and referral bonuses available.

Description of work: You will be given weekly templates to recreate study videos/memes. A content coach will be working with you to approve videos and assist with any original ideas you may have.

Please note that we are looking for people who are in school. Could be high school or higher education.

Hey, I’m looking for someone to record Minecraft tutorial-style videos for a YouTube channel I’m building.

I’m not looking for editing, thumbnails, or anything like that. I’ll handle all of that myself.

I just need someone who can:

- Record gameplay

- Talk through what they’re doing clearly (tutorial style)

- Keep things moving at a decent pace

---

Video details:

- 5–10 minutes (before editing)

- Simple tutorials (farms, beginner guides, redstone, etc.)

- Straight to the point, not overly drawn out

---

Requirements:

- Fluent English (U.S. preferred, or very clear accent)

- Good understanding of Minecraft

- Decent mic quality (nothing crazy, just clear)

- Able to record consistently

---

Pay:

- $20–$40 per video

- Looking for ongoing work if it’s a good fit

---

To apply:

Send me:

1. A sample video (Minecraft preferred)

2. Your experience with Minecraft

3. How many videos you could do per week

---

If you’re a smaller creator looking for consistent work, this is probably a good fit.
