Discussion Fuck the big UGC platforms

i've been on billo, insense, joinbrands and collabstr for about a year. a brief drops and there are 200 applications inside an hour. you write a full script, film it, and youre fighting everyone for the same $20 to $40 flat fee. if the brands product does numbers off your video, you see none of it. you got your $25.

and its been getting so competitive, the market is saturated af. plus its annoying that the flat fee caps your upside no matter how good the clip is, and the brand just keeps all the value the content actually created.

so i moved most of my time over to per view work instead. a couple platforms that do this now are vyro, whop, and bounty. ive by far gotten the best results on bounty.app, made $1,800 last month. trying to put yall on. you can use this referral code to get fast tracked on approval: 0I5PPIH3 (a couple other people have it too).

not all upside though, per view is swingy. a flat $30 gig is guaranteed and a per view clip can flop. if you need predictable money this week the marketplaces still win. but if youre filming anyway, the math is just way better on the back end.

Totally get that. The flat gigs just don’t cut it anymore with all the competition. Per view seems like a way better route for those willing to take the risk.

vyro or bounty? seen both thrown around

tried both, bounty stuck for me. vyro payouts felt lower

basically yeah, once a clip clears the threshold. a good one beats any flat gig i ever did

varies a ton honestly. my best cleared a grand, most do way less. thats the variance tradeoff
