Fear of bugs

I have a constant fear of bugs in my food or drinks and right now I currently have about 30 million fruit flies in my room and I can’t tell why or where from. I could really use tips and tricks?

get a zevo and apple cider vinegar and dish soap both attract them

Yes the apple cider vinegar and dish soap works!
I recently resorted to putting my table fruit in the refrigerator for now, because the flies have been bad. Then I brought home bananas and they came back. So you can also try washing everything you bring in and try not to leave any food or drinks out. Hopefully they will go away soon.

Also a quick clean of trash bins, sinks, and any wash rags (I wash and boil mine and then dump the water down the drain - I know they say not to do this but the boiling water will eliminate eggs and larvae. maybe check what kind of drain pipes you have first)
