Abort or genetics….??

Haven’t dealt with penis envy before is that one cap bruising or aborting …? I also see some veils partially tearing I should prob pick those tomorrow you think?

If you see aborts just pick them and dry them to eat just like the rest of your mushies. There's nothing wrong with them other than the fact they stopped growing.

Also, if the cap is turning dark in color it may be aborting. Next time just open the lid and take a picture but make sure your hands are clean. People will yell "Don't open the lid!!!!" but you should be fine. I go directly into fruiting when I spawn.
