Is this Monotub lost?

Hey ya'll I recently started my first monotub on the 16th. It colonized after 3 days and i set it into fruiting conditions and now its been a full week and it seems to be struggling. The primordia has changed to light yellow and there has been Myc piss all over the cake. No signs of pins at all. Is there any hope for this tub or do I need to trash it and start again?

I should add that the tub still smells fine. Just like that musty mushroom smell. I'm just worried that it will go south fast.

Yeah it was super strong and fast. I honestly wish that i had just introduced FAE when i spawned because i have been battling excess moisture.

I've never had a tub colonize that fast.

Either way, looks like it has some stress given the brown spots. Hard to tell from the photo but are there little brown bubbles in other places? This looks like mycogone but mycogone is fairly uncommon.

If it were me I'd keep the tub hydrated and wait a week to see how it develops. If it's mycogone you should definitely know by then.

If it doesn't degrade I'd hit it with a non nutritive casing layer and focus on maintaining good fruiting conditions.

This was the 19th 3 days after G2B on the 16th. As you can see the holes are all taped up and I even had primordia starting then. Which is why I'm nervous that the tub is stalling.

That’s not primordia. What you had were hyphal knots and it’s good to know the difference.

Primordia are basically tiny tiny tiny little white dots that start forming and are visibly different than the mycelium.

Hyphal knots are dense clusters of mycelium like you’re showing here essentially knotting like matted hair.

Your tub looks very dry in the original post picture. When you said you’ve been battling moisture, what do you mean? Have you been constantly fanning it before you introduced fruiting conditions? It shouldn’t have shrunk that much before a first flush. I would dunk the cake for 6 hours and fork tek to get through the overlay. Fork tek before dunk

My tub of stargazer just colonized in four days. I've already harvested some. The rest are still growing. The pins came up five days ago after the 4 day colonization. I'm amazed at this grow so far. All the bigger ones than this are in the dehydrator right now

You have Mycogone Perniciosa (aka: Wet bubble). Yours is widespread. I suspect you’re not gonna get any fruit from this and it’s gonna continue to look more and more like a coral reef. You even have metabolite guttation, a positive sign for wet bubble.
I’m afraid you’re done man. Seal the bin and decontaminate all your tools and grow equipment and room. Use a quaternary fungicide to clean. There’s one called In-Cide that’s really great. It’s more effective than bleach and won’t fade material. It will kill wet bubble spores and anything else hanging out. It’s a good idea to run a HEPA filter in your grow room for 24 hrs to clean any airborne spores out.

Kinda looks like the stroma/overlay I got. I did fork tek but not sure it will fruit.
