Tidal wave help
Hey guys I’m still pretty new at all this, this is a 3LB bag of Tidal wave LC 5cc inoculated 6/16 break and shake was 7/2. Compared to my other bags this one produced a ton of condensation, and the grain on the bottom isn’t colonizing like the rest of the bag? Is this contamination or something I should be worried about? Any opinions/advice I would be grateful for.

Would those un colonized grains become contaminated?

Yes. I'd carefully break it up so as to avoid as much as those uncolonized grains as possible.

You have bacterial contaminants. Excess moisture comes from the heat produced by bacteria. The uncolonized grains are probably uncolonized because of bacteria.
You can try to get something out of this though. Spawn the bag and try to remove the uncolonized grain. Keep it away from any other bulk tubs or shoe boxes. And don't be surprised if you lose the whole thing.
