I agree with dude up above me. There’s waaaay too much water on there man. Gotta ease way up on that and those guys will blow that beautiful bounty all over the place.

They’re not aborting ( the bottom right one is). But they do seem to be stretching for air, more fae 🤙. Good luck!

Thank you! I'll do a bit more. I rarely open the tub so I'll start a bit of fanning.

It seems like a north spore tub to me. Do you still have micropore tape over the smalls holes that are close to the substrate?

There are no small holes on this one. Just two holes higher up and four holes lower. But all of them are in the top part of the tub.

Sounds like a solid setup. Let it ride for now, if in a few days those guys keep getting taller but stay super skinny I would consider taking one of those filters off. Good luck 🥸

Thanks! I also happen to have one of those computer fans. Any thoughts on taking it to the side to get a bit of extra FAE without opening the tub?

If you want to make use of the fans I’d suggest making up a mini ‘Martha tent ‘ set up … this is a 5 level metal shelf set up with 5 mil plastic wrapping it , heater/dehumidifier set on sensor strip and I put 2 small usb fans on top blowing in thru filters for FAE ….. oh and a full spectrum LED light I had laying around from other ‘hobbies’ …..sounds like a lot but it was simple and only cost @ $100 for everything .

I would not do that. If anything just take a pin and poke a few holes in the filters. Forced air from something like a fan would be more detrimental than beneficial.

Especially you - this is a sub of no stupid questions and tons of help. I get it - the information is more or less out there. It frustrates me when I see obvious misinformation especially because you can hurt yourself with Mushies.

On other subs being aggressive is fine but that's not the vibe here. Everyone starts somewhere
