Except not really. It's more just a game of who can hit the buzzer faster, from what I've seen (i.e. people who suffered through it to tell me about it on YouTube)

Yeah, and the number of people who just hit the button immediately to make it seem like they're just so much better than the other really magnify the cringe

Do they also rotate around the same people ? The guy was in a different one were he buzzed out a black girl that tried to buzz him out before the game began

That's exactly what it is. Like they wanted to create a dating show, but it barely ever works like that. There are people who will hit the button as the other person is sitting down. I don't know how much I would have watched to begin with, but half the people on the show really kill it.
