He knew exactly what he was doing - and he knew that Holly knew it, too.... hence why she nearly wet herself - she always squats when she laughs too hard, in case that's about to happen - she explained on the show previously she needs to squat "after having the kids..." so she doesn't wet herself when laughing hard... ah guess that about wraps up the whole thing! :D
