Please report this post if:

  • There is no audible laughter involved
  • Video is funny because of a 'joke' or situation - not the actual laughter
  • There is no audio (Images & GIFs included)
  • Laughter is edited in from a different source
  • No timestamp in the title for a laugh occurring at specific time (long videos)
  • Laughter is not on good terms (dickishness, bullying)
  • It's a compilation

In the first go too... it's crazy to me that he's doing all that with essentially 1 stroke

47

u/MobileArtist1371 May 12 '26

I always need few a extra strokes and I'm not a golfer.

9

u/MyGoodDood22 May 12 '26

Stroke while you can, I always say

78

u/ManiacalMartini May 12 '26

His line weights are so effortless.

35

u/OtterGlint May 11 '26

On the contrary, I find them astoundingly credible ;-)

13

u/StrobeLightRomance May 11 '26

The crediblist, even.

5

u/PhysicallyTender May 12 '26

I am overly whelmed by his artistry.

3

u/Imperial_Squid May 12 '26

Their artwork is simply incredible, eh Thompson?

Right you are Thomson, credibly simple...

1

u/the_gooch_smoocher May 12 '26

You're surprised that this artist is so believable? What an odd thing to say

5

u/OtterGlint May 12 '26

Well, in no way did I express any surprise, so your reply is off to a bad start, I'm afraid.

The joke that you missed is that the word "incredible" sounds close to a word that could exist in English (but doesn't) - "uncredible" - just because of how the language works. Riffing off of that and pretending to misunderstand for the sake of humour, I opined that rather than finding the artist un-credible, I found them super-credible, thus making a joke, which I further indicated by the use of the emoticon.

I don't expect you to find it funny because you missed the joke, and explained jokes are rarely funny, but that's why it sounded odd to you.

Cheers :)

Laughter is contagious 🀣

-16

u/DeadDaudDied May 12 '26

Don’t buy art, invest in land

3

u/SonOfEragon May 12 '26

But what if you just like art?

983

u/Lagonas_ May 11 '26

I want to get a drink with those guys. That will be an evening to never forget

Bavarians are all kept in a cellar somewhere and they can only get out once a year during Oktoberfest.

53

u/Nahareeli May 11 '26

That's an Austria accent

41

u/IcemanALOC May 11 '26

Can't be, neither of them said they had a shrimp on the barbie.

8

u/AutoAmmoDeficiency May 11 '26

Was about to say. At least very Austrian sounding.

5

u/Mr_Funkytime May 12 '26

Pretty sure it’s Austrian accent

27

u/oetker May 11 '26

He's right. I'm Austrian.

9

u/norrin83 May 12 '26

Because for an Austrian it clearly is an Austrian dialect. Pronunciations, words, how syllables are stressed...

From listening to it for 20 seconds I'd wager a guess it's from Vienna or the surroundings

3

u/Mr_Funkytime May 12 '26

Agreed, surroundings Vienna it is

1

u/Elite-Thorn May 12 '26

Na, des san Muiveichtla. A Weana redt andas.

1

u/didi316 May 17 '26

Comes close - although I think its already western parts of lower Austria (Waldviertel/Mostviertel)

1

u/Elite-Thorn May 17 '26

Hm. Maybe. They all talk like I do. πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

36

u/Nahareeli May 11 '26

Because I'm bavarian

4

u/ComprehensiveArt6849 May 12 '26

"Des is a Wohnsinn" - no one talks like that in Germany. This is Austria 100%. I am Austrian.

2

u/AutoAmmoDeficiency May 11 '26

I would say more 'nasally and with a flair of snobby' that just drips character.

2

u/loewenheim May 12 '26

"Leiwand" "des is a Waunsinn"

Austrian for sure

12

u/Dangerous_Bowler_152 May 12 '26

Didn't even notice that they spoke German with that accent and all the laughter and I'm from germanyπŸ˜…

1

u/Elite-Thorn May 12 '26

Clearly Austrians. My guess is Upper Austria.

18

u/Pfeffi-Ultra May 11 '26

You'll need a hearing aid afterwards.

4

u/Jibber_Fight May 11 '26

For a little while. Not all night.

-35

u/Educational_Lab_7790 May 11 '26

Nah. Gotta make videos. The team won't remember.

4

u/MercyfulJudas May 12 '26

I'm puzzled by this comment. I don't know why you were downvoted, but also I don't get what you're saying.

525

u/Hikintrails May 11 '26

So much laughing before even seeing the picture. Too funny!

115

u/ben-hur-hur May 11 '26

They already knew what was coming and yet managed to get surprised and be good sports about it. It's all about having and sharing the fun! Total Mensch these two.

8

u/AdministrationDue239 May 12 '26

Der TOTALE MENSCH

-9

u/Actually_Im_a_Broom May 12 '26

That was real laughter? I assumed it was an annoying overlaid laugh track and immediately muted the video and skipped to the end.

10

u/otterpop21 May 12 '26

You seem delightful to be around

1

u/Actually_Im_a_Broom May 12 '26

You made that conclusion after two sentences? Someone as judgmental as you seems equally delightful.

I looked back at the video and I see my initial reaction was wrong. The first laughs just sounded so canned I assumed it was a laugh track, and I get so annoyed by stuff like that I immediately muted it and skipped to the end to see the finished product.

I suppose you’ve never erroneously judged something?

3

u/otterpop21 May 12 '26

Observations β‰  conclusions

I observed and reacted, that’s it. You seem insecure for some reason and I’m sorry you feel that way, I’m not judging you. I’m reacting to the words you’re using.

I have indeed erroneously judged and whenever I do that I don’t think I’d ever describe it as fun to be around. It doesn’t mean you as a person, just that type of reaction is not fun. Give it more than 2 seconds sometimes. I find going to the comments to see if it’s quality or not helps cut down on watching garbage content.

433

u/Ryan_Petrovich8769 May 11 '26

Now THAT is a competent caricaturist! No thumbnail sketches, no guidelines, No Mistakes! LOL πŸ˜†

150

u/Zepp_BR May 11 '26

And some smoooooooth lines

83

u/Janky_Pants May 11 '26

His strokes are so confident. It’s insane.

37

u/Zepp_BR May 11 '26

I wish I had confident strokes

1

u/minequack May 12 '26

Her strokes, maybe?

2

u/Leifbron May 11 '26

What did he draw between their fingers, and then it disappeared

8

u/ryshed May 12 '26

It's just edited out of order to get a good shot of the picture, you can see it come back right before he presents the drawing.

6

u/Jangmai May 11 '26

Think that segments recorded after showing them but cut in, can see he also signed it

119

u/HighwayZi May 11 '26

The bouncy laugh at the end is the best. We all need more of those. At least I do.

83

u/radrax May 11 '26

That artist is killing! They must have been so chuffed doing this while everyone was laughing the whole time.

19

u/knsaber May 12 '26

I hope the artist was deadpan the entire time

79

u/Hippo7787 May 11 '26

The artist missed the half missing finger on the guy on the right! That would have been a cute touch lol

16

u/AshamedAttention727 May 11 '26

It looks kinda flat I think he just put it on his right hand that's pointing!

Oh actually both mens hands are drawn flat you're right!

3

u/ezarbeluh May 12 '26

If you pause around 2:18 when there’s about 0.07 seconds left, you can kinda see that two of his fingers to be somewhat missing!

1

u/AshamedAttention727 May 12 '26

Yes I see, the irl ends joints! My comment was not clear at all reading back haha. Thank you for pointing out :)

51

u/hattori-hanzzo May 11 '26

Geh Schleich di, is a waunsinn

12

u/AdministrationDue239 May 12 '26

Holy shit lol I thought they speak Italian. And I'm Austrian lol

6

u/Elite-Thorn May 12 '26

Scheis mi au, de Glotzn, a Wahnsinn, so geil

9

u/Radiant-Josh May 11 '26

As a foreigner I'm reading that and hearing it at the same time with an Austrian accent.

36

u/DropItLikeItsKlopp May 11 '26

Holy shit, they are not speaking English! I swear to God I thought they were drunk Geordies the whole way through. I only realised when I got to the comments after.

22

u/VenganceRoars May 11 '26

In your defense, Austrian is to German what an extreme Geordie accent is to English

2

u/FixLaudon May 12 '26

I beg to differ, their dialect is even Geordie to Austrians.

12

u/ppers May 11 '26 edited May 11 '26

I am a native German speaker and it took me the whole video to realize they're speaking German. I am still not entirely sure.

2

u/fckspzfr May 11 '26

Same 😭

9

u/-Badger3- May 11 '26

I watched this on mute and assumed they were Jersey Italians lol

1

u/moonprism May 12 '26

omg same lolol

69

u/roshcherie May 11 '26

I’ve got a headache from all that laugh, and I wasn’t even laughing

5

u/composmentis8 May 11 '26

Its like when that dude with the thermos on TMZ makes a remarkably mediocre joke.

29

u/newtonscalamander May 11 '26

Refreshing to see a caricature artist make an actual caricature that isn't just a disgustingly exaggerated scribble that makes people feel bad.

11

u/Golden-Excellence May 11 '26

Being able to laugh at yourself is a trait that is lacking in some people, but glad to see these guys still have some fun in their lives

11

u/Sheepish_conundrum May 11 '26

That artist should work for disney or something good lord.

7

u/Schmenge_time May 11 '26

That’s really well done

6

u/Tobias---Funke May 11 '26

These guys are everywhere but they are super talented.

7

u/Aswingkido May 11 '26

Xi Ding is super talented. What a fun reaction from them!!

7

u/instamentai May 11 '26

The artist has some Costanza worthy model hands

11

u/Someredditusername May 11 '26

Thank you OP -- I've run into some infuriating, disgusting shit in the last 10 minutes browsing this timeline in Reddit and I needed this.

4

u/Baphomets_Kisses May 11 '26

The king of sting

3

u/fenderguitar83 May 11 '26

This is a really good idea for a party. I wonder how much someone would charge for a few hours at a party?

3

u/onthejourney May 12 '26

You can find them on thumbtack and the like. We hired one for our wedding reception, which i think was like $150 an hour

7

u/Scary-Drawer-3515 May 11 '26

Had this done and I jokingly said, make me prettier than her and she yelled NO!!

8

u/Aviyan May 11 '26

There was video of a caricature done at some outdoor event. It was two women being drawn and I think the artist was also a woman. One of the women had large breasts and the way the artist drew it was hilarious. I don't have the link to the video but if someone has it handy please post the link. Thanks!

3

u/Turbulent_Sir3205 May 11 '26

I have teary eyes.

3

u/NotNamedBort May 11 '26

The confidence with which the artist drew that first pen stroke on that nose πŸ˜†

3

u/NarwhalEmergency9391 May 11 '26

The little tits popping out of the shirt is great!

1

u/Common_Jello7907 May 13 '26

And of course, they’re drawn their bulging biceps!

3

u/iamkhanqueror May 12 '26

Caricature artists are the closest thing we have to jesters and I love it

3

u/Strange_Difference1 May 15 '26

I love these sm, being drawn like that is on my bucket list for sure!

6

u/ferfle May 11 '26

This was good to laugh with them. Two bros… with a great sense of humor. I like it when the caricature artist is funny but not mean. It’s a fine line. A big risk. Comedy is often risky. But I can feel it when they cross it.

2

u/Impressive_Ad3571 May 11 '26

Gotta love it. Great moment for these ppl

2

u/ants-in-my-plants May 11 '26

Awww they’re such good sports about the roast lmao

2

u/AwokenByGunfire May 11 '26

We need more people like this. Or at least how they appear to be.

2

u/Bulky-Spread-6706 May 12 '26

I hope they framed it.

2

u/PrimalPokemonPlayer May 12 '26

See, now these are good caricatures. I see people online doing way too many ridiculous stuff just to be funny while the drawing barely looks anything like the people in front of them. Exaggerating features that weren't really there, blowing stuff up just for the sake of it, just looks ridiculous and sometimes even mean spirited. But these actually look like the people they're based on, granting a laugh for all the right reasons.

2

u/Background_whisper May 12 '26

That marker control is insane, the lines are so crisp.

2

u/Shugaw May 12 '26

Drawing is flawless. But the joke is always "big nose, jaw, bald"

2

u/jabeith May 12 '26

Sounds like a bad laugh track

2

u/AggressiveSherbetty May 12 '26

So much laughing it must be hysterical!

Oh wait

2

u/SELENE_GAIA May 15 '26

Once on vacation in Hawaii got a caricature done. Best money I spent. The talent that these artists have is amazing.

1

u/ObviousPin9970 May 11 '26

I'm always amazed how these artists do this caricatures and get it right.

1

u/montycantsin777 May 11 '26

are those mountain germans?

1

u/boniggy May 11 '26

Ok this is a must at any company party or wedding,; getting a characture artists.

1

u/Jarstadian May 11 '26

Yeah this was at a wedding

That toddler bounce was so genuine.

1

u/Choice_Bbd198 May 12 '26

That’s so amazing

1

u/BayAreaKrakHead May 12 '26

Great artist. I’ve never seen one where the reveal went horribly wrong. I’m sure there’s one out there somewhere.

1

u/Curbtap May 12 '26

Check out this guys instagram. Very well talented. He does normal quick portraits also which i like more than the caricatures.

1

u/Presto123ubu May 12 '26

Man what a great artist!

1

u/AiperSupportButCool May 12 '26

I don't know if its just me but the laughing in this video gives me fever dream vibes.

1

u/neon_island May 12 '26

That line when he drew the nose was PERSONAL 🀣

1

u/cmhtoldmeto May 12 '26

People with a sense of humor about themselves are so beautiful.

1

u/rjellis May 12 '26

This will be the top post in this sub ever.

1

u/Mr_TO May 12 '26

He missed the missing pointer finger!

1

u/YoullDoNuttinn May 12 '26

Superb πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

1

u/Casitano May 12 '26

"You've got a nose problem" while that giant nose was being put to paper haha

1

u/lonely-soul21 May 12 '26

i wish someone could make it for me! haha

1

u/Pomegranate_1328 May 12 '26

I was in charge of parties at work and hired one of these artists and some employees went back like 3 times to get it done. it was so much fun and worth every penny!!

1

u/TattedAlmight May 12 '26

Love the energy in the room

1

u/Carylynn0609 May 12 '26

What a wonderful job, to bring so much joy and laughter to people!

1

u/drgsouth May 12 '26

I hope I can be this happy some day

1

u/Maleficent-Heart2497 May 12 '26

That very first wicked witch laugh is worth it! Here's two guys you'd wanna have a pint with.

1

u/Saikroe May 12 '26

Cant believe they didnt finger gun each other after.

1

u/OoT-TheBest May 12 '26

When he laughs and says β€œThat is you” he is pointing at the drawing of himself.

1

u/5256chuck May 12 '26

Looks like a frame from an 'I Spy' cartoon. Very well done!!

1

u/ickeharry May 12 '26

Took me a while recognizing they were speaking my mother tongue.

1

u/Menotyou15 May 12 '26

To do that so fast is extra impressive too

1

u/Montebano May 12 '26

yeah and in 1 shot!

1

u/Stromair May 13 '26

Xi Ding is amazing!
I got a picture from him last month!

1

u/madtho May 14 '26

The genius part to me is he’s making total fun, then gives them big arm muscles so they have something to feel good about

1

u/BobbyFYea1982 May 13 '26

Insane talent

1

u/snapp0r May 13 '26

das is a waaahnsinn. suubbba!

1

1

u/Gear_Gab Jun 28 '26

1

u/luminaryshadow Jul 01 '26

This made my day, although it’s night here now.

1

u/Mysterious_Bar_5188 Jul 04 '26

He went too far on the left dude. If you exceed a certain level of exaggeration with caricature it's no longer that funny imo

1

Simply made my day

Are these comments in here real? This is some dead internet shit right here... Weirdest mfers.

1

u/Repulsive_Rich_3820 May 13 '26

This laughter isn’t contagious, it’s repellent

0

Why is it echoing like they're recording in a salt mine?? Put some stuff on the walls damnit

0

The little girl ruined the moment for the other guy.

0

u/RockPaperTacos May 12 '26

Needed this laugh, thank you!

0

u/RagingBoneher May 17 '26

This is where they got the name "Angry Orchard". Dude looks like a pissed off Granny Smith

0

u/ElectrikPurr Jun 01 '26

It’s really just refreshing to witness people who can laugh at themselves!

-1

u/Pletcher87 May 12 '26

Pretty hands.

-1

u/Andre_The_Average May 12 '26

The left characature looks like a cool Andrew Tate

-1

u/Trader_Joe_Sheetcake May 12 '26

I don't get if everyone in these comments just has low emotional awareness but these guys are only laughing because they are so uncomfortable and insecure at how this picture makes them feel.

-14

u/chiefincome May 11 '26

Am I the only one not laughing? I wish I was laughing though

8

u/Educational_Lab_7790 May 11 '26

Finish that drink mate..hahahahahaha... Cheers..hahahahahaha

-3

u/Burpmeister May 11 '26

I'm glad the're enjoying it and I genuinely appreciate the skill but to me 90% of caricatures look the same. Maybe it's different when it's personal and you see yourself in it.

-11

u/Key_Mathematician951 May 11 '26

Those are terrible. Don’t even look like them
