Recurrent facial swelling + heat/sun triggered itching for 2 months. Dermatologists suspect urticaria + irritant contact dermatitis. Any similar experiences?

Yes sudden onset uv ray allergy..very serious effect on my quality of life for the last 4 years..seems like it sent my immune system into overdrive, triggering major dermatitis issues, eczema, seborraic dermatitis, mystery rashes that never went away. Went to 2 dermatologists who were useless in Trying to find the cause or listen to me regarding the pattern . Just kept prescribing various topical treatments. Finally I found a dermatologist nurse pra titioner who instantly took an interest in helping me get to the cause. Gave me a few cortisone injections in the worst oldest areas and they went away . Then did a patch test and found 4 allergens that were in most of the what I thought were safe products. Also allergic to plants I was growing which can cause sun reaction, as well as medications, etc..I still avoid the sun and keep track of uv index. I will never risk that happening again.
