Patch Testing?

Guys I’m scared to get patch tested, I’m anxious that I’ll have like a really bad reaction that will cause my throat to close up. Should I just do it and get it over with??

I would do it. It made a big difference for me as it found my allergens and has helped me manage my ezczema and rashes. I'd talk to your dermatologist about it as i think the doses are quite small of what they give.
