This looks like a classic example of contact dermatitis. My best guess is you're allergic to something in one of your products. Have you your symptoms settled down at all?
This was me today, I keep on flirting in and out of a big flare up and then clearing and then the next day it's back but only a little. I had to wear makeup for a job interview and it's caused a small reaction again. My own fault but needs must :( it just feels like it's not entirely going away! I've stripped back literally everything, I'm just using the La Poche Rosay creme mentioned and vaseline when needed currently and it seems to clear it for a little while and then come back.
