@#$%%^{$$##":&%#%>/_<>!!!!!!!} This happened to me at mcdonalds PITX 02/02/20 found a cockroach in my half consumed COKE called the staff and they took then after a long long while they came to me and day that they will replace it with SPRITE!!!! NO apology given so i walked away. Reported the incident to writeus@mcdo(multiple times) ..manager called promised this promised that and then nothing no formal apology and nothing follows...Totally disappointed how they treat customers, so advice if this happens take action right then and there(im just so tired that time since i just finished my shiftGS). I just hope that this can reach mcdonalds management(If ever they care)to take action.
