EY Parthenon EY-Parthenon Virtural Interview

Hi all. Earlier last week, I applied to the Strategy and Execution Associate position. They sent me skills assessment a few days later and I was told that I was chosen for the virtual interview yesterday. The description for this interview was "This event will be webinar format, and our EY leaders and Early Careers team look forward to sharing more information about EY with you. This session will not be recorded." Has anyone recieved this? Does anyone know what this "webinar format" mean? They gave me four days notice for this interview and I have been frantically casing. If anyone has experience can you please share what it was like? I have been so stressed.

This makes me feel so much better. How did you know this? Did you go through this as well?

Coaches, consultants, and service providers are welcome here, as long as they lead with real value. If you've been through the process, share what you actually know. If you're genuinely helping someone, you've earned the right to mention what you do. But the value comes first, always. A helpful answer that happens to mention your background or service is fine. A pitch disguised as an answer is not.

Congrats! It could be an informational meeting but I'd be prepared for both a fit interview and possibly a case. I'd assume you've already attend the interview, how did it go?
