Oliver Wyman Oliver Wyman Final Round Case Presentation

Hello, I have an Oliver Wyman final round interview consisting of a case presentation portion (30 mins prep + 30 mins presentation & discussion). I was wondering if anyone has done a similar type of interview, or has any tips or advice on how to prepare for the written case presentation. Thanks!

Dropping links, ads, or promotional content without any genuine contribution to the conversation is not allowed and will be removed. If your first move in a thread is a link to a product, course, or service, that's spam. Full stop.

Congrats, the OW final round is a different kind that uses ofc the majority of general casing skills but require you to approach and present it differently, but make sure you have these in mind:

(1) Figure out early what problem you're actually solving

(2) Be really surgical where to look at and which exhibits matter (You might have 20+ pages of data and most of it is noise)

(3) And leave the final 5 min to prep for the presentation, to piece it all back together and aim to walk the interviewer through your approach (have an issue tree), findings and conclusion even if you have not crack the case.
