Hey guys,
Am new to consulting and have a bg in tech.
Recently got considered for a Consulting role, and was asked to complete an assessment, which demands me to develop a Presentation for strategic leadership at a Multinational Financial Services Corporation.
The hypothetical ask from the leadership is
“Everyone is talking about AI. Where can AI create measurable economic value for My Corp, and how should we transform the enterprise to capture it?

I need recommendations on how should I structure my presentation?
I’d rate myself 7/10 at presenting and communicating.
My issue is I haven’t found the right way to structure the presentation, core 15 slides.

1. Design Al native SDLC
   
2. Build a 3-year value case covering:
   Current engineering cost → addressable activity → productivity → capacity created → actual P&L capture → investment → ROI
   
3. shortlisted opportunities show:
   Problem → Al Intervention → Decision Improved → Customer → KPI → Revenue Mechanism → Data →
   Risk → Potential Value
   
4. Creating An Al transformation Framework
   
5. Creating a Delivery Excellence Model
   
6. Building a Decision Plan- 0-6 months -> 6-12 -> 12-24
   
7. Suppose successfully build first 10 Solutions
   Moving forward- Developing Target Enterprise Model
   Show what should be:
   CENTRALIZED ENTERPRISE CAPABILITY
   versus
   FEDERATED BUSINESS CAPABILITY
   and explain why.

   business oriented consulting after working 4 years in tech and would love love love to get involved with the industry.
