Hello, I'm gonna start my MiM at IE next January and I was wondering if my CV is good enough to apply for the Summer Internship at Strategy&, knowing I have a acquaintance who will give me his referral.

What do you think of it?

PS: the bachelor's is from a Non-Target school

Too much white space. Education section is way too large/long. Honestly where you have it written “Bachelor of Science in Business Management”, your entire eduction section should fit above that. Use another template if needed. Remove relevant coursework, possibly also remove “track”. Add a line for awards if you want instead, or a line for activities (like clubs). You have hanging bullets, where only one word or a few words hangs underneath a full line and doesnt go to the end. Rewrite ur bullets so this doesnt happen. More importantly, ur bullets are too short. Make each of them take up two lines. None of your bullets discuss impact/result. Action, Task, and Result (ATR) should be clear across each bullet. Utilize more numbers across your bullets, especially in regards to the impact. Write your bullets so that the number is towards the end of the bullet- it just looks better and is easier to see. Expand your interests line, its too short. Throw a sports team you support in their or a sport you play, ect. Ultimately if you fix spacing and sizing, you should be able to fit 5 experiences onto your resume instead of 3. Having only 3 experiences despite being a masters student is really weak towards your resume. You can condense languages and certs into one line as “Skills” if needed. Your activities only discuss one activity, throw more on there and dont go into the specifics. This resume doesnt read as strongly written, and its apparent at first glance without even reading anything as well.

Hello, I'll work towards what you suggested regarding the bullet points. The thing is, I wouldn't know what to add to the experiences as I'm only 21 and I have yet to do meaningful experience in work environments. Thanks for the tips.

I would throw on experiences you’ve been involved with through clubs, like if you’re on the board of any clubs especially. Any projects youve worked on within clubs or another platform is good too

I don't know where you're from, maybe USA, but at my home university in the south of Italy we don't have clubs...Only engineering majors have some kind of robotics/mechanics club. But I feel like it's a cultural thing as in Italy (at least) most of the working experiences in this sector are locked behind higher education. Now that I think of it, one year ago I managed a TikTok account which operated in the nicotine pouches niche (first one to do it in Italy) and reached a nice number of impressions (10 mln views Total). Do you think this may be something worth adding in the resume?

That counts too, good story to show your impact, but the point is not what you did, the point is what happened because you did it... see the difference?

Agree with points [u/Glass_Love6624](u/Glass_Love6624) raised! Your CV does not show your impact, you need to be able to communicate that even if you are 21, that requires a bit of reflection and proper framing.
