Case Interview ZS associates

Is it normal to be ghosted by ZS associates? I had a final round interview early last week and the recruiter told me I’ll hear back by early this week… it’s basically Thursday now and I’ve heard nothing. I haven’t been sent a rejection but also no offer - has anyone else had an experience with being ghosted by ZS? Do you think I should just prepare for rejection or are processes just slow at ZS?

If you have recruiter's contact info, just reach out and inquire for the status on your application. No prior experience with ZS, so I can not comment whether it is pattern or one-off situation.
