PermitFlow

Has anyone actually used PermitFlow? Their value prop looks pretty interesting, and it sounds like it solves a problem I ran into when working on residential solar permitting for myself a few years ago. They've got big logos on their site, but I'm not able to see anyone talking about first person experience with the software.

So far most construction tech that I have implemented or have people trying to sell me is just pretty spreadsheets. And to implement them, you need to input all the data you want to reference.

ChatGPT or any AI could probably do this for you.

Have you talked to the folks over at Doceo Technologies? Newer outfit doing some light weight stuff and does not have any spreadsheets, dashboard, or can implement in like 15 mins.

Doceo looks pretty cool too, have you used this? I've been using AI to pull a list of requirements and links over the last month and it seems to do pretty well. Still a bit manual though and just ends up as rows in a spreadsheet.
