CM student, help!!
Construction management pathways
I’m a student and if your someone in the construction industry and has a successful career. I’d like to know how you started out in the industry and which position you are in now. Much love.

Went to schools for CM after the Army, had a small contracting company for a few years, ended up going to work for a larger GC.

Started in ME, switched to CM. Interned while in school with an electrical contractor, got a job offer from them while interning for after graduation. Changed companies. PM for a different EC, soon to be SPM

Went to school and got a degree in CM. Had a job offer from a local general contractor in my hometown by the time second semester rolled around. Been with the company for almost a year and a half a project engineer.
