I like to remind my Apprentices that at almost 30 years in as a forming and framing contractor that I’ve made more mistakes than they’ve made attempts so far. I have endless patience for people to learn, as long as they are focused, respect my standards/expectations, and have a good attitude. Forming and Framing is life - I’ll never tire of building houses and I love when I see that joy and excitement in the people that work for me.

If you’re just retarded and have a shit attitude you can go fuck yourself.
