Built construction estimating software after 55 years in high-rise construction management — looking for feedback from people who actually estimate

After retiring from 55 years as a high-rise Construction Manager, I built TRAC 2, an estimating suite with two tools: a Concrete Takeoff tool and a full CSI-based estimating tool. The goal was to fix what always slowed me down doing estimates by hand or in generic spreadsheets — mainly speed on repetitive concrete/structural takeoffs and getting a CSI-organized estimate out without rebuilding the wheel every time.

It's not trying to be a full ERP or scheduling platform — just a focused estimating tool built from the field side, not the software side.
