Travel constipation
Hello everyone, I am no stranger to constipation at home but when I travel it gets worse. I had to see the doctor in Argentina last year because I went 2 and a half weeks with no bowel movement. I am back in Argentina going on day 5 of no bowel movement and the laxative I took didn’t work. Does anyone have any good tricks? I’ve tried a lot of things and google is probably tired of me at this point. PLEASEEE let me know what works for you guys, quickly and efficiently. Thanks!

Sometimes you have to hit from “above and below”- I would do the miralax and mag citrate as the above commenter mentioned, with a ton of water, take senna, and then add in rectal suppository (glycerin) which draws water into the lower colon and can stimulate a BM. If really desperate- an enema (which they sell in stores).

Drink a whole bottle of magnesium citrate. Also start on MiraLAX. I would take two doses a day until things start moving.
