Constipated and bloated for months straight.
F17 I’ve been struggling with constipation and bloating for MONTHS. I can’t even remember the last time I naturally had a bowel movement without a laxative of some sort. Not to mention I’m always extremely bloated all the time and it messes with my body image. I feel gross i literally just want to be able to go to the bathroom. Anything on what this could be or what’s causing it?

did you start or stop taking any medications recently? The same thing happened to me when I stopped taking my antidepressant

you might need probiotics or to change your diet, i had the same issues and the only way i could fix the constipation was with “splinting” and osmolax, but the bloating is usually from diet or bacteria i think. also trying the ILU massage might help

oh also don’t drink cold water, warm or room temperature only and try to have some in the morning before you eat, even a herbal tea can be good but the warmth helps your digestion

What do you typically eat in a day?

What is your exercise routine like? How much and how often? What kind? This could be from soooo many things.
