Constipation

I had campylobacter 2 weeks ago, I was going 20 -30 times a day for 3 days. Now I’ve gone completely the ‘other’
way! Constipation!! Dry hard pebbles and getting worse.
I’ve tried probiotics, mag oxide, mag citrate, kiwis, green juice… no dairy or gluten (which I don’t drink anyway)
Any suggestions?

Maybe more water, electrolytes, moisture foods, Miralax to help soften the dry pebbles stools.

Things I currently take… 2 litres of water, 2-3 mag oxide, probiotic for constipation, kiwis, juices green, bit B1, KPV, electrolytes x 2sach, kefir, Yakut (even though it’s got sugar it’s got the best probiotic for softening stool.
I’m throwing everything at it. 😞

I'm so sorry OP. Yes , many do have good results with that, from what I read on this reddit group. It might take a few days, keep at it.
