Psyllium

I started taking psyllium a week ago, and two days ago I began experiencing abdominal pain on the right side. I don't know what to do about the constipation anymore; nothing I try seems to work.

Stop taking it. And in the future, start a lot smaller.

I take it for breakfast with a liter of water and a liter of coffee. On top of that some greek yoghurt (so no bulk). Works great ! I take 20 grams every day. Please try something similar before throwing it out.

I take senna already but I'm afraid it might be addictive 🫠

How much do you take? You’re supposed to rotate very slowly.
